Orangetheory Fitness is a one-of-a kind fitness experience that combines two concepts: heart rate-monitored interval training and group personal training. The one-hour, ever changing workout was formulated by an exercise physiologist and consists of diverse components, including high-energy cardiovascular and strength training using treadmills, rowing machines, suspension training, and free weights with short bursts of intense exercise. From Gainesville, Va visiting my parents in Louisville. Love my Orangetheory at home. They were fantastic at getting me temporarily enrolled so I could get some great workouts. Jordan was an excellent instructor.

Best workout I've ever had, and have stuck with it consistently since 2013 when they first opened in St. Matthews. The staff are friendly, everyone knows you by name when you walk in the door. The group classes have competitive, yet supportive feel to them. I love that the coaches tell you exactly what to do, how to do it, and how hard to push yourself. Well worth the money.

Unbelievable class schedule availability, workouts that change all the time, trainers that are happy to modify exercises while still pushing you to do your best, heart rate monitoring. The staff is just the best, it's such a friendly place and welcoming of all people regardless of their fitness level. I love everything about OTF!

Instructors are incredibly motivating and fun. Without a doubt, the best workout because the focus switches from strength to endurance to power. Exercises change each day so your body never gets used to the workout. Always tough and always worth every minute.

Great place! I enjoyed the workout. When I wasn't able to complete the movements, Mike was very helpful and gave me modification movements to assist. I was pushed & thankful for that because that's what I need. Cant wait to come back for my second class, because I am going to join :)
