Do not believe the sale pitch about cancellation. One of the reason I joined last year was the ability to cancel my membership at anytime. That has turned out not to be accurate. When I went to the gym on 1-7-2018 and requested cancellation, I was told to come back another day. I was told they could not cancel on Sunday. I requested to leave my membership card along with written authorization to cancel. Was told that would not work for some unexplained reason. Since I have made a commercially reasonable attempt to cancel, I will be advising my Bank in the morning not to honor any future attempts to debit my bank account for membership charges

Everything was good until I got a new card and they sent me a rudely worded text message about my payment not going through. I never went back to workout there after that. I got a new phone and was out of town for a while around the holidays and when I got back I had a letter saying they were sending me to collections on a day that had already passed. I called and who I talked to basically said they couldn't do anything billing related. Bad business methods. Had they simply said they needed to update my payment methods rather than being rude and greedy about the situation they would have still had my business and a 5 star review.

Nice staff. High joining fee. No WiFi! Who doesn’t have WiFi these days?! Equipment is crammed and way too close together. Besides all that, it’s okay. Get WiFi and i’ll give an extra star

Just started going there and the staff is very helpful and positive. Only downside, and it is nothing to do with the place or staff, but on Sundays it smells like alcohol. I do know it's because people are sweating out the drinks from the night before!
