ordered carry out. wanted pan pizza until i was told it would take an hour. switched to thin crust. told 40 minutes until ready. went to pick up and was told another 15 minutes. when i said i was told 40 minutes, they told me they would try to get it ready faster. parking lot was almost empty as well as the restaurant itself, nobody else waiting for carryout either. so it takes 55 minutes for a thin crust pizza and 60 minutes for a pan pizza. food is always delicious but the service is the absolute worst i have ever experienced.

I had the lasagna along with garlic bread with cheese. Large portions, excellent quality. I ordered in and took home. The girl dealing with take out orders was awesome!

We went for my birthday, always a favorite spot. This was a new location for is and we loved it!! The service was fantastic, the food was scrumptious and the lemon drop martinis were on point!!

Visited with my family for the first time, I ask the waitress options or suggestions of the most popular item on the menu for kids and adults, he’s answer was poor, he said everything is good ! He wasn’t really trying on us to choose an item , we didn’t know much by their names on the menu , after all we end up choosing pizza and pasta , things that came to mind, a few minutes later other waitress came by and just tossed 3 balls of dough on the table, I think it was very rude of her, like I said I didn’t know what was going on even though I told them that I we were new here . I ask the waitress as she was walking away.... why she was throwing that dough in the table, she answered oh is for the kids to play... in my mind in thinking... she could of set it and the table and just taken a few minutes to explain what was the dough for, the food didn’t arrived till like an hour just for a thin crust pizza and the bowls of pasta, food that was terrible, we were expecting something more delicious and of course customer service! Bad experience I will never or I will not recommend this place,

Great atmosphere and great food! Our waitress was a bit pushy as far as getting us to hurry but other than that no complaints! Definitely my favorite food in Phoenix!
