Our family went here for dinner, we were all looking forward to Prime Rib and I'm sorry to say we were disappointed! We like our steaks rare and they were not even close! One was definitely well done and the other two were well to medium. The manager said the machine can't make it rare? I'm not sure how that works? Can you not take it out before it cooks to medium well? Anyway if you like rare prime rib this is not the place to go. Customer service at this location could be improved also, we also had a bad meal that we ordered take out for. We emailed them to complain and received no response. This was the last chance for longhorn in paradise valley.

Food was good but we were the only table in there on a Friday night! It was our first time at a longhorn and it's conveniently located right behind our new apartment. We will probably go back again, hopefully when there's more of a crowd and not a quiet empty restaurant!

It depends who you're server is. Our first visit was exceptional! One of the best experiences in a couple years Our second was the worst service I've had in 5 years anywhere. The steaks are very good, so is everything else I've had there. The food was only cold bc the service was so slow the second time.

It always has excellent food and never disappoints. The service is also prompt and professional. We are hooked on this restaurant whenever we want a good steak dinner.

While the staff is friendly the food isn't up to snuff. Cesar salad came with no dressing. Returned but never replaced. Ordered steak rare came medium. Macaroni and cheese obviously microwaved. Warm outside, still cold inside. I cannot recommend this place.
