We have both business and personal accounts with Banner Bank. We have been to the branch in Pleasant Hill about three times a week for the last five years. Not once have we had a negative experience! The ladies who work there are all so helpful and make you feel like it's a pleasure to work with you.
This bank rocks! The tellers and manager are always very nice and helpful. I recently had to close an account due to unauthorized charges from a certain business, and they helped me get the money back and open a new account quickly. I am very pleased to have an account with Banner thanks to the people at this branch :
I realize during Xmas stuff is closed but when everything says your closing early at 3 on your website, and nothing posted on the door I could see, my math is just OK but im confident 2:45 falls in "open time." It's not like I needed the money to buy gifts for family or anything. New account so no debit card yet. Woulda been Game changer.
