The service I got was fantastic, they were all so friendly and helpful! Going the bank is usually hard to me due to my work hours, but they all willingly volunteered thier time after they were supposed to have closed to finish up helping me.  They all kept smiles on thier faces, especially the girl at the desk, who was so sweet. They displayed so much patience! Thank you guys!

I have a love/hate relationship with OCCU. The employees are generally very helpful and informative. I wish that they would improve their banking software reconciliation methodology. Most banks tally your debits and credits at the end of the day. They tally incoming money first, add it to your account, then tally debits and subtract that from your account. OCCU seems to think that tallying them in order of receipt makes more sense. As far as I can see, the only thing it does is let them charge more overdraft fees from people already living on the edge. Moreover, their excuse for not changing the practice is disingenuous. They plead poverty and small size.

We used to use this bank. It's a small branch, but the staff is very friendly. We also got our car refinanced quickly and simply here, for a great rate. We will continue to consider them as a financial institution for our needs.

Good costumer service, so far so good. We like it. I dont know why people complain about overdrafts, spend more then what you heve and you will never see an overdraft  (:
