The owners are very nice and helpful. The park itself is not beautiful, we had a nice pull through lot along the side fence with a nice view of the neighbors beautiful horses. It was a decent place to stay, close to Crater Lake and Klamath Falls.

After rushing away from our reserved campground because of its poor condition we needed a place to stay badly.  Henry was exceptionally cordial and helpful.  The RV Park is not as well maintained as it could be -- but everything worked just fine.  The grass is dried up and the picnic tables are in sad repair -- but plenty of water, 50/30 amp electricity and sewage hookups.  We stayed 3 nights in a 36' class A with a GMC Terrain behind.  With a few upgrades this place would get 4 stars.  I would definitely return.

Fan was very loud, but the bathroom looked newly renovated so everything looked pretty clean. The bed is decently comfortable. Overall a decent place to stay in for a few nights.

Folks were great! Had a small accident and Henry helped and repaired it. The gentleman at the reservation desk was extremely nice and professional!

Older rv park and motel, clean though. Power, water and sewer, but spaces very close together. Showers, bathrooms, lounge, all available, but dated. Price reasonable. Large number of permanent residents reason for rating.
