OM has handled two major scheduled service events for me within the last 12 months.  They were thorough in reviewing the condition of my vehicle relative to the manufacturer's recommendations, and gave me pricing info in advance.  They made logical supplemental recommendations, supplied comprehensible rationales, and related cost estimates.  I liked they way they handle my business and feel like I am making informed decisions, as opposed to feeling like I was just sold down the street by a wiley dealer representative.  The quality of their work and interest in being held accountable for the performance of their repairs is evident in their actions, as well as their insured guarantees

My first visit upon buying my used car was a check-up, which was illuminating and helpful as well as very reasonable. These guys even fixed items for free. 

So I came back for a 60,000 mike maintenance. They are methodical, honest and good analysts who went over the car with a fine-toothed comb. No high pressure, helped prioritize things, able to quickly take care of anything. I am most happy with both their service and their friendly attitude.

Started coming to the organic mechanic after feeling like I was getting ripped off by a dealership and have never looked back. It's run by good, honest people who just want what's best for you and your vehicle. They are upfront and realistic about what I should plan and budget for in the future but they have never pressured me into getting any services on the spot or anything that's unnecessary. I can't say enough good things about the quality of work, business ethics, and friendliness of this company.

Shane and Michael were friendly and professional. They were thorough in what the servicing of my car would entail, the actual servicing of my car,  and in their explanation of the results. Not only did they send an email with an easy-to-follow invoice of the results, but I also received a call to go over those results and to answer any questions I might have had. I was informed when the next service would be due and what that would include. There were no 'surprises' and I found the price for services provided to be fair and reasonable. My car is my baby, and I feel it is in good hands at Organic Mechanic. I really can't recommend them highly enough!!

The Organic Mechanic has always provided honest and thorough service at reasonable prices. The office staff and the technicians are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues and the repair plans with me, and gave cost quotes in advance. They email detailed reports with photos to keep records of the services performed as well as any other issues that need to be addressed. I highly recommend Organic Mechanic for repairs and maintenance - it's a great place to support a local business and to receive quality service!
