I brought my 2000 honda civic to him for a new engine and transmission. My car runs great, but he originally told me the engine and transmission had only 98k miles on them, turns out they have 140k miles. He was also supposed to put a squeeze clamp on the upper radiator hose and didn't, he instead put a screw clamp on it which is why it was leaking water. He left grease all over my passenger tire and brakes. I'm pretty sure they broke the stud for my lug nut on my passenger tire. He was supposed to replace the intake manifold gasket, but I'm not sure that he did because there is a silicone mess all over it! And on top of all of that, They failed to notice the broken lower front motor mount and when I brought it back to them, they said "oh it's not broken, I've had three other people look at it and it's not broken"(which you can look at it and tell its snapped, and my motor is moving) So I brought it to another mechanic and he took one look at it and said that's broke. But my engine runs good, so does my transmission and it shifts just fine! That's the one good thing about my experience with R&R garage.
