I had a great customer experience at Griffin Brothers!  This was the first time using Griffin Brothers and it was so great to learn that they do more than just tires.  I needed to change out a tire, get my oil changed, AND change my brakes.  Normally this would require multiple stops, but Griffin Brothers did it all.  I didn't feel that the associates were trying to upsell me something that I didn't need, which made me feel that they were truly focused on my best interests.  I highly recommend Griffin Brothers and will definitely be back.

Been here twice to have my car fixed and both Chris' there are great. This shop is amazing but really stands out for three reasons.

The service there is unbelievably fast. I have had my car worked on twice and both times I have been able to pick it up the same day.

These guys will pick you up, drop you off, and call you with updates - pretty much do whatever to ensure you can still get to work or get your car picked up easily. Without this service the trouble of getting your car fixed would be huge.

The customer service here is impeccable. I've worked with several people and they've all been consistently courteous and customer-focused. Griffin Brothers definitely has a lifelong customer after all of this.

This store has been amazing! The people that work here have gone out of their way to take care of me and my car. From getting it in immediately, to picking me up and dropping me off like a chauffeur service, to fixing my car repeatedly and most the time coming under budget- which is amazing. Also they let you know the fees up front so you are prepared.  Having car problems stink,  but this place really takes care of you in every way which makes the whole experience fine. I would highly recommend them

Great customer service and nice job on what I needed done. Everyone I came in contact with were very pleasant. Only complaint is that they are really overpriced. Multiple diagnostic charges and expensive labor. So be mindful of what you ask the team to look at so you won't get hit with more than 1 diag fee. So again, great people and great work, just be prepared at checkout. 2.5 ⭐

I've taken every vehicle here that I've owned in the last 15 years.  From domestic to luxury imports, they've always treated me well. They've always had a high level of competency and professionalism at a fair price.  I couldn't be more satisfied! Highly recommended.
