Very beautiful airport. Well maintained and clean. Really appreciate the charging ports located all over the place. That wasn't the case in the airport I came in from. I don't mind the monorail ride from the terminal to the baggage claim, it's like the first ride of the day! The downfalls for this airport are the security line organization and the food choices after security checkpoint.
Not sure if it's the airports fault or not but the access to return rental car is an issue. All rental car returns have to funnel into one lane and it gets pretty backed up. Then, cars come in from other lanes to cut into that long line and it just makes it longer to get in to garage. Once in, however, it was extremely easy to return my rental car.

One of my favorite airports to travel out and into. Clean and easy to navigate even for international travelers. Security line for departure seems hectic but the speed is impressive. It's rare for me to stay in the regular line for more than 30 minutes. Usually 15 min tops. TSA officers are courteous and efficient. Arrival customs area, however, is like a night and day. Staff appears to be frustrated by mass chaos. The arrival holding area is too small and tight for the amount of FL visitors. The waiting time to go through the customs is ridiculously long. And then you need to wait to claim your bags. After that, you may need to go through another x-ray bag check. I love leaving and arriving through this airport but not so much if I know this is my first airport to come through from outside of U.S.

Used this airport twice in the last few months.  I am impressed with the amount of traffic that flows through here.  Both experiences were positive.  Some of the areas are under construction, however it is well marked.  Quick tram to and from terminals.

This is definitely one of the better airports out there. Easy to navigate, clean, spacious, visually interesting, very good selection of food and shopping. The best feature? Charging ports (2 usb, 1 regular 3-prong plug) and cup holders on every chair! It might sound silly, but little creature comforts and conveniences like that make a huge difference when you're spending a long time parked in one of those chairs.

This place is not very pet/pet owner friendly. First off, there is no pet relief area beyond security. If you have a short layover you’re in trouble. You either risk missing you flight or risk your dog using the bathroom inside. Also, it took me asking three people just to find the area. There are zero signs directing you to the area.to have 68 million visitors a year, you would think you’d have better animal friendly situation. Please consider putting a animal relief area in one of the terminals or better signage to find the One that you have. Thank you.
