I READ SOME OF THE REVIEWS ON DR. GRAHAM AND HER DENTAL OFFICE AND I DISAGREE AS  I HAVE HAD EXTENSIVE DENTAL WORK DONE TO MY TEETH  AS WELL AS MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND I HAVE FOUND HER TO BE ONE OF THE BEST DENTISTS, SHE IS THE MOST COMPASSIONATE, UNDERSTANDING DENTIST! WITH A WONDERFUL BEDSIDE MANNER SHE KNOWS HER STUFF!! DR. GRAHAM HAS NO PROBLEMS SENDING YOU TO A SPECIALIST IF NEEDED AND IS VERY PRECISE IN WHAT SHE DOES, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!! Ormond Beach Dental Group was highly recommended to me and I can't say enough about the staff they have there. I went there recently for a cleaning and I was definitely taken care of, the staff was very kind and generous making my time there an amazing experience. Paige ( the hygienist )  was extremely knowledgeable and interacted with me to make me feel comfortable. Dr Graham is an amazing Doctor and as long as I live in this area I'll never go anywhere else. If you want a great experience I highly recommend this Dental office for all your Dental needs.

After a mix up in an appointment my wife went back the next day.
They treated her with the best of care and took care of  her problems.
Doctor very knowledgeable.

Do not waste your time on Ormond beach dental group. They are not very organized or professional. I made an appointment 6 months ago for a cleaning.Normally, the office would call me during the week to confirm my appointment. This time they didn't. I called them the week of the appointment and they said they weren't sure if they had the hygienist and we will call me. They never called me back so I decided to call them to confirm my appointment. They said no we had to cancel due to the hygienist not showing up for work and that I had to wait another two months. lol. In my opinion, They seem not to care about their patients at all due to not even bothering to call me to let me know about my appointment or somehow squeezing me in when they had a hygienist available. I decided to which to Tomoka Family Dentistry. So far I love it. They are caring and do great work.

I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to give them something. We called them to see if they accepted our insurance and the lady on the phone was very rude and would not assist us. She just told us to check the internet. My wife has worked in dental offices and for an oral surgeon along with being in the medical field her entire life so we are aware that this is not customary. We decided to look elsewhere out of concern over how we would be treated in person if they had that much of lack of concern or care over the phone. First impressions are the biggest and they lost two patients due to their first impression.
