Ellen and her nurse Kim are amazing. I was very sick in a lot of ways when I first started seeking help. I knew immidietly Ellen could and would help. And she has. Between her and Kim I'm getting better everyday! Thanks Ellen and Kim! Xoxo❤

I have had my share of bad expericences at this doctors office before. It is never the doctors, but the staff is so rude! I have been calling since July 11, 2017 and just finally got a hold of the medical records person as of August 8, 2017. So almost a whole month just to get my records. I wouldn't be so upset besides the fact it took almost a month to get back to me, but she was sooo rude and mean to me about everything! As soon as she picked up I said "Hey there I have been trying to get a hold of you for awhile, a month to be exact" then she said " It has not been a month" in this snob like voice. I said "yes it has" granted 4 more days would of actually made a month. Close enough. Then I asked here about my ADHD records and she then replied " Oh my god!" like I was causing her the worst problem asking what she should know. Anywho she eneded up telling me they didnt have my recordas anymore after all that. HOW HARD WAS THAT TO TELL ME THAT! Why did she have to be so rude?! She was fighting with me because she was so overwelmed because she just got back from vaction and onky works part time. I work too, I also just had my first baby a few months ago, I am also 22 and lost both of my parents. So dont tell me about a hard day.
