I was treated terrible by the staff. Never did get to see a real Dr. The Clinician treated me horrible and had me in tears. I'm 65 yrs old and needed help but was rudely turned away. I have never been treated so bad by a "medical professional" as  I was treated there.

When I asked for and received a call from Dr Brooks regarding a cancellation fee and rescheduling, I was interrupted, talked down to, and then HUNG UP ON...by my doctor. I'm shocked that a health professional would have such unwarranted contempt for their own patients. 

I was told I needed to pay a cancellation fee for a 30 minute appointment that I showed up for and waited in the lobby 20 minutes for - before having to leave to return to work. 

This was a non-required - second - follow up visit, that I was told was "preferred by Dr Zimmerman", whom I've never met. Not only did I waste 20 minutes waiting for a gratuitous appointment, I was informed after about 10 minutes of sitting there that my insurance was no longer taken, and I'd need to pay the full $100+ fee for the visit.

not happy with the way i was treated at all. impossible to schedule with, and hard to reach your doctor if you have an issue. you just get to leave a message with a very cold woman at the front desk during working hours.... no voicemail or answering service (you just hear a message... but you are given no option to leave one.) no email address... nothing. and you definitely don't get the "warm fuzzies." and like most medical facilities in florida, the wait time is RIDICULOUS! i don't recommend this office or it's staff to anyone. look elsewhere for a friendlier, more compassionate & easier to reach facility. (i was once also sent home with a sample of the WRONG medication... luckily i realized it before i took any.)

I think the doctor that i see is very nice, the staff is polite, helpful and efficient. Scheduling is easy. and the office is clean well kept, and even cute :)
