We purchased a used vehicle for our son.  The most pleasant and fastest buying experience we have ever had at a dealership.  Ike was our salesman and was very informative. If we are ever in the market for ourselves, we would go back and ask for him.  Our experience in the past with Orr wasn't great, but this one was better.  The only issue was the car we purchased has remote start, but the key fob they gave us, yes only one, is busted.  How are you supposed to know if it even works without it?  I understand it is a used vehicle, but customer service should extend even after the sale of the car purchase.  I bet had we purchased an $80,000 Cadillac, the dealership would have resolved this quickly.  Guess it's all about the money and what you purchase.

Shane and Tracy are so nice and friendly! You don't always find smiling faces and really nice people at places you go now days. It was refreshing! They took care of my issues in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend Orr Cadillac customer service.

During the sale Savannah was on top of it, it went smooth and fast. Mine was not your typical sale either. She was friendly. I wasn't impressed or know why I text with question about the vehicle after the sale got no reply but who knows. So I called service and they said well this would be with the sales person I said well I did text no reply, so Josh as always in Service I have delt with him the past year he has been AMAZING just great customer service, and he said bring it in I will get it looked at for you and go over all the things with you. Chris financial was quick to get paperwork done he got my rate 2% less than my car before so that was good. There was some perks and not so perks to the sale. But hey no one is perfect. Over all it went to my speed of things cause I HATE BUYING A VEHICLE and this was a sad situation for me to HAVE to when I just bought one there 8 months prior, it got totaled. Appreciate the work they did. Thank you.

Word of advice: when you have a vehicle listed on the internet for a specific price and then a customer comes and test drives that vehicle and ask you what the best price cash out the door is, don't come back with a higher price than what it's listed at. Then when we ask why the price is higher you say it's for fees, so you don't come down 1 cent but you go up in price, good luck with that way of doing business.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the Orr Service Dept.. Always helpful in every way providing quality service. My car always comes back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. Thanks for being one of the few companies that I feel I can count on.
