I really enjoyed the visit here my sister was purchasing a car. She was only interested in the used cars, of which they have plenty to choose from. This place is massive. If you're in the market for a car I highly recommend you check this place out. My next vehicle I am going to come straight here. I read somewhere that the average car buying experience usually takes about 6 hours at a dealership...... And we were here a lot longer than that..... I admit we did get a little bit impatient there were a couple small things that could have been handled better... All in all we could not have asked for a better salesman and everyone was very friendly... I think if someone has sat there for around 8 or 10 hours and hasn't even left once they should offer to throw me a burger or something.... A freaking package of hotdogs on a grill would go a long way. :-) My only real complaint is it took so long I got hungry. When you're spending this kind of money I think they should offer you more than just coffee and hot chocolate.

We were looking for a used car around $5,000.00. The salesman obviously didn't wanted to put us in a higher priced car to pad his commission. He tried numerous times to get us to look at a car with 300,000 miles on it, with a higher price tag than we told him we were willing to spend. We also shopped for a new car there 3 years ago. The salesman we had that time didn't listen to what we wanted, either, and we drove up the street to Crain Hyundai and got a great salesman and a great deal. We gave the autopark a second chance last week, but we will never go back.

My experience wasn’t completely negative, John the finance manager at Honda seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me, but the other two gentlemen seemed disinterested in helping me. I felt looked down upon because I was trying to purchase a used vehicle. Ty seemed shady and quickly brushed me aside to his partner AJ who was a little more people oriented but not by much.

If you're looking for a pre-owned vehicle, go see Matt Dillard! After a month of searching for a replacement for my old and tired Dodge Durango and being turned down at other places, I stopped in at Fayetteville Autopark to browse around. I've bought vehicles here before and the service was always great, and this visit was no exception! I came across an awesome white, fully loaded 2004 Chevy Tahoe with only 106k miles sitting behind the Chevy service building. I immediately went over to pre-owned to ask about it and was greeted by Matt. He was more than happy to help and wasted no time in finding the keys to take the Tahoe for a test drive. Matt is genuinely kind and makes great conversation. I had my 1-year-old daughter with me and she loved him playing and babbling with her! After I decided I wanted the Tahoe, he immediately got to work crunching numbers and figuring out the best deal for this ride. Long story short, he had gotten more for my old Dodge than originally offered, sales tax paid, low payments, and best of all, didn't put me in the back of the line when I had to leave to get money to finalize the deal. I was gone 30 minutes and he waited and didn't make me lose my spot in finance. All in all, Matt went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I left with a safe, reliable vehicle that fit easily in my tight budget. Customer service at its finest! I've had the truck 4 months now and have not had a single issue, other than the recommended maintenance! Thanks Matt!
