I am old and somewhat opinionated, but this was just crazy.
I scheduled an appointment over a week ago detailing that I wanted to get my 14 year old Avalanche some TLC to make it last a few more years.  They quoted $300 to $400, which I knew was low, but....They said it would take all day.  So I made arrangements to stay in the office all day
     So I get up early and have it there at 7:00 am.  Guy says so you want an oil change and inspection....We discussed that no I wanted a full service on the the engine, transmission, fuel system, brakes....... Plus I wanted the seats checked out and front end.  They said they would call with an estimate shortly.  
     Well 2 hours later they gave me an estimate of $2,000 without the front end work.  I asked for a front end estimate and never heard back.  I finally called and authorized the work.
    I called at 1:00 to check on progress and then at 4:00 to check.  Called back at 5:00 and they had the brakes done.  Oh and even though they did brakes on all 4 wheels they charged me to rotate tires?  Duh.  
    I finally got car back 10.5 hours later with just brakes done.  So I spent an entire day sitting in my office and got about 2 hours worth of work done.  And the bad thing is that their prices are about 20% higher than other local mechanics.  
    I'll just use the local guys and save my frustration levels!!  Not going back.

Went to get my sisters car fixed as it was making a noise. Twice they said they couldn’t hear it, the third time they magically heard it when I took it and they said the warranty had expired and they couldn’t cover it. All they did was take 50 dollars off. Great customer service they just don’t take care of their customers

Grant Millershultz over at Chevrolet of Fayetteville was able to get me an awesome deal on a new car. Their service was awesome and will definitely be doing the rest of my car buying business with these guys. Their customer service is the best in Fayetteville for sure!

My salesperson was friendly, extremely helpful and answered all of my questions.  We bought the first Chevy Bolt the dealership had and if Kendall did not know the answer to a question, she researched it.  This buying experience was completely without hassle.
