My mother desperately needed a new mattress to replace her 61-year-old one. My sister raved about this Ortho store, so we checked it out. Tom helped us and was very knowledgeable, and knew just the right mattress choices for my mom. He was sensitive to my mom wanting to keep the price low without sacrificing quality. She is very happy with her purchase. This is the best place if you're looking for a mattress.

I have purchased two mattresses from this store within the last 6 months. Tom is the most knowledgeable and professional salesperson I have ever encountered. He helped me select the best products for my needs with no pressure. I highly recommend this store and Tom in particular for your next mattress purchase.

Very good experience, Tom is really knolageble, patient and give us very good advice and suggestions. It was my first time in a mattress store and I was a little worried but I guess I was really lucky to find this place and the nice people who work in it. Thanks a lot, I can't wait to sleep on my new mattress tonight!

My parents were buying a mattress and I went with them. The young tall man Jessie was great. Patient with them (god knows I'm not), and probably handled them better than I even would have. The rest of the staff was also lovely and helpful.

Jason helped us select the appropriate mattress and box spring for my parents. He was very professional, helpful and pleasant to work with. He offered good ideas for their needs and was well informed.
