Wow,  I was surprised by the low ratings.... obvious that the few dissatisfied people wrote and the many satisfied people didn't.  I have family members who have their awnings and they are amazing.  They are very high quality and are hung with precision.  I am looking for an awning for my desert home and will not go anywhere else as I am fussy about quality!

Terrible service, I bought my second large awning from this company, installer  (son of owner) advised getting equipment adjusted.  Was told someone would call, 3 more calls and still no one responded.  Apparently doesnt need or want my business.  Will call another company, beware
