Mark Courtney is a rock star. I called in a 745pm on a Saturday thinking they would be closed. He said "we're open" until 8 but I'll stay late for you. By 915pm I felt like a Ph.d in mattresses and was the happy owner of a new bed. This is an example all folks in sales should aspire to.

The staff was friendly and didn't mind my kids bouncing on all the mattresses to try them out. They delivered our new mattress and hauled away the old one the same day, and the delivery guys were very helpful.

Wow, What a wonderful experience we had at ortho! My mom and I went in to see what they had available. To our surprise they were having a sale! The rep that was helping us was amazing, he explained everything to us. He was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The customer service in this place is wonderful. It was so good we both bought a set of mattresses. We are sleeping like a baby..... Thank you so much

I decided to come here after years of going to another mattress store. I'm glad I did because the salesman, Sal, was incredibly helpful and walked me through all the mattress options. I got a good mattress and a good deal. Normally I wouldn't bother to write a review, but since I had such a positive experience here, I thought others should know.
