Helpful available staff. There were more than a couple of people available to assist me locating what I was looking for. When I was ready to pay for my items a staff person was helpful directing me to available cashiers and self service registers.

One of the more efficient Home Depot seems to have better employees who appreciate being employed. Large lot but can get full on weekends. You can pick up day laborers around the perimeter

Needed help. Was told only Tim was the expert. Found Tim who said he was busy and would be back in a minute. Waited 20 minutes and asked for a manager. Was told by clerk who called a manager that she was on her way. Waited 15 minutes and left. I understand that it was busy but don't lie to your customers. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY.

There are workers at store # 6611 in Marina Del Rey, that are rude. I had three incidents of disrespect in one day. I said hello to the cashier and they said nothing. One employee was pushing a cart while I was looking at an item. Being considerate I moved so he could get by. Not a word. And the guy at the door when I said thank you. Not a word.

I traveled further to this HD because it's much better than the one near me. It's bigger, has a larger selection, is better organized and cleaner. It's also open an hour later than most in my area. I was able to get in, get what I needed and get on with my life. That's all I ask for. I also get my Christmas tree there every year since there's such a big selection.
