I've been to this store a few times. It's in a great location just a few blocks away from LAX airport. I had never had any problems. They've actually never been very busy. I went today with a pretty large order for custom copies. Angela in the Copy Center was very professional. I was delighted that before she checked me out she looked through five pages of discount coupons to see if I could save some money on my $250 order. She did. Later, when I went to pick up the copies there was another nice man in the department. I was very pleased.

Shonte Walter is the sweetest person in Copy & Printing. She sees my idea and immediately knows what to do to have my dream materialize. She makes everyone feel like a celebrity.

At best two stars only because it is easy to get in and out; but the management needs some customer service focus. Stood there at the counter while several "team members" chatted like they didn't know I was there. And then when I checked out and finished paying, the cashier just walked away to chat with the others. It would have been nice if he thanked me for shopping instead of just walking away! I wish I had it on video so I could post it!

This place was so freaking horrible a s*it worker told us to stop running around and told us how there was a kid who cut off his finger by running and everyone started laughing because they knew he was lieing.

Poor customer service. I visited this location in search of a computer desk for my home office after calling and being told that there were many options to choose from in the store only to get there and find out that was completely false as the inventory was low and most options were out of stock. Not to mention that although there were hardly any customers at all being the day after Christmas and all yet I still had to ask for assistance because none of the reps even acknowledged my existence after searching for twenty minutes. After finally asking one of the reps he leaves to search the back, takes forever just to let me know that the desk I was interested in he "thinks they might have one left in the back" (which I thought that's what he went to confirm while he was gone) then when I asked about the floor model he says:" let me get the manager to see if he knows" walks away and after waiting again for too long I just left and went to Target. I definitely will Not be returning to this store.
