What an amazing place. We have been to the emergency department, urgent care, clinic, imaging, hospital and therapy. Everywhere we went we were treated by very compassionate people. The Dr's are so good about giving us a plan for getting better. Thank you OrthoNebraska for being so great!

I've always been pleased with the care of the Doctors and caregivers and PT dept! The hospital is top notch!

I was referred to Dr Hahn by Dr Greene. Dr Greene by the way follows through and isn’t what this review is about. I thought the appt process and staff were good. But the problem is that you do not gollow-up on your referrals to physical therapy. I took the Rx to Excel and a week later they were still waiting for your office to get insurance authorization. I was told the person handling this was out of the office. So nobody else is capable of covering for her? That’s very poor management. 2 weeks later I get a call from Excel stating that OrthoWest wants me to go to their own PT dept which isn’t true because the next day I got a call from an independent PT place in Bellevue that’s >5 mile from Excel stating they received referral from OrthoWest to see me. Is there a reason why I have to use them instead? I called my insurance company, they did their part as always, authorized therapy within 24 hours of receiving documents from you. The clinical staff really need to pull yourselves together by making sure what you say actually happens after they leave your office. The providers can only do so much but if you really care about your patients’ outcome then it is also your responsibility to check things are taken care of. It took an act of Congress to finally get PT referral but it was to the wrong place and 2 weeks later and that’s inexcusable. I will never place my hands in the care of such disorganized and uncaring staff. There are great surgeons there but you are only as strong as your weakest link.

My husband had both knees replaced and both surgeries where excellent.

Dr. Singer is tops! Nearly 20 years ago, he fixed my knee and through countless steps, sports, backpacking etc. etc, I'm still kicking and doing great! Thanks Dr. Singer!
