Terrible. Ordered slippers from store. 2 1/2 months have gone by and have yet to receive them.

Kevin, who is the manager, and Rene have always taken great care of me.  Beautiful shoes.  If only I had a bigger closet!

I was very lucky to have Yukiko serve me in the Old Burlington Arcade branch. She truly went beyond the line of duty making sure the Ashford brogues fitted me correctly. Thank you Yukiko.  The shoes are perfect to stomp around in the winter. I shall be back to try on Crockett & Jones' new designs.
