Tried to buy some boots today, couldn’t find an employee to bring a pair to try on. I understand that the store was busy, but instead of handling it in a professional manner, when I asked two different employees for assistance, one employee straight up just said “No” and continued to stand in the corner without offering any explanation or calling another employee, and the other employee didn’t even respond to my question, just shoved past me. I have never felt so disrespected when shopping. There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior, and if you want to buy UGG boots or shoes, I highly recommend you get them from a different store.

I love this brand and the shop was as expected. They were unfortunately pretty full but the girl that received me was really helpful. They were sold out on some items though :(

What a store!  Packed but space enough for me to try on 8 pairs of boots in almost 2 hours and not annoy the staff and be able to ask customers about their Ugg experiences. All were on their 2nd or 3rd pair. Given the cost I thought Wow! they must be pretty good, so I bought my first pair. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Anyone who says the customer service / staff is decent here is writing as an employee at the store or hasn't been here, Don't listen to these BS "local guides" that are paid to give it 5 stars... The staff is rude like no other place I have encountered. Shop at Bloomingdales around the corner... Or you know, anywhere but here (you've been warned).

Good selection of women shoes and boots. Some what high priced. The biggest drawback was ordering a size from the associate. It was extremely confusing and unorganized, because there were customers on top of each other at the ordering counter. Ugg's Management should provide a commission base to each employee in order to provide exceptional customer service. Remember first point of contact makes a hugh difference. I rather order online than wait on that confusing line.
