Called to learn more info on shelving. The lady answering phone was extremely rude and even worse had no idea about the products. After not answering any of my questions and repetedly saying she didnt know, she hung up on me. Thinking it was mistake I called back and she did it again. Even said I shouldnt be asking why buy it cuz it sells it self. I was just trying to learn the difference between this product and competitor. Bets part was she even tried to claim she was the victim cause I shouldnt be asking questions haha wow.

I browsed there web site, found the container I was looking for. Called them. The young woman who answered the phone was exceptional. Placed me on hold, came back and said they could deliver it to me within the hour. The owner showed up with truck, trailer, and container. Unloaded perfectly and was on his way. Very professional.
