Just ask for Edward!! He is one of the best servers there he treats you with the utmost respect and kindness!! He was swift with getting our order in and came to check on us just the right amount of times for refills, bringing our food, and even after we got our food. Make sure to ask for him when you come here !! Won’t regret. Well worth the good tip!
Stopped by on new years eve. We already had a reservation for 6:15 pm. The place was jam packed and we eventually got a table around 7. Due to the number of people I can understand why things took so long to get to the table. After about an hour we had received our food. My steak was cooked perfectly, cold center and bloody, how I prefer it, the twisted ribs were alright it seems like they try and use the bloomin onion seasoning for everything. The loaded potatoes were great also. Will return and hopefully next time the wait will be shorter.
1 star is for take out, dining inside is way better, Was in the mood for Outback fries for lunch, ordered a side of fries through the app for curbside pickup, cost me $3.99 plus I tipped $3, also asked for condiments, picked up my order and brought it back to work, very disappointed, should have checked my bag before leaving, not only did I didn't get any condiments, there was barely any fries in the box and they were old, who in their right mind would serve this to a customer?, Why isn't any managers supervising the kitchen and orders?, And why is it hard to cook to order fries?. Next time for way less money and no tip I'll just go to McDonald's for a large fry.
We had avoided fast food and franchises for the whole trip but we were knackered and walking across the parking lot was just right. We had a great waiter who took good care of us. The food was good and served quickly. Can't complain about a thing. Solid meal.
As a steak LOVER, I have to highly recommend Joseph as your chef for steak. Finding a perfect MEDIUM cooked steak in Beckley is hard in of itself. This is one of the first times in 3 years that I have gotten this beautiful of a filet aside from Fujiyama's of Beckely and the Char. Our Server Caleb was great for my sister's birthday dinner with our family. Thank you both for a memorable evening.
The greet at the door was professional and welcoming. Our server was friendly, prompt and made our dining experience a true joy. He was knowledgeable of the menu and fun. The manager stopped by and thanked us for stopping in. Food was hot and delicious. We will definitely be back to Beckley's finest steak house. Especially to have a second round of those tasty drinks the bar staff made us. 10s 10s 10s across the board.
Chelsy was our server she was so nice and attentive.. it is amazing how the service was here from front of the house to the back . They all work as a team and the managers are just as wonderful I was surprised they personally came outside to fix our “issue” and see what they can fix. I’m seriously mind blown about the service that was provided.. the soup and salad was delicious I highly recommend.
I ordered a medium rare 8oz sirloin to go and this is what I got. Very Well done!! Might have been my last time getting food from outback, terrible steak like eating cardboard. Needless to say i through it in the trash.Food: 1/5
Eugene our server is exceptional. His manners and caring attitude toward how we was enjoying was something you don't find much anymore. He is a truly fine gentleman. Food was great too. Manager was very excellent as well when talking with us. Thank you allFood: 5/5
We ordered curbside from this location as we were staying at the Best Western beside it. I was told to be there at 11:40 a.m. to pick up the food curbside. I should note that I had a sick child with me, which is why I chose curbside in the first place; as delivery was not available from this location. Sat at curbside parking spot for almost fifteen minutes. I called to check on order and was hung up on. We finally went into the restaurant to check. The food had been sitting there waiting for it to be brought out to the car, but no one did. The staff acted as if they didn't know what was going on and/or why I was there. Getting back to the room to eat, I found that the food was cold and the bun on the burger was too hard to eat. The fries were also cold. It may have tasted fine if it wasn't all cold. But it was cold, and was not good. I'm not impressed with that first visit and won't be going back.
