Great place to eat! Awesome atmosphere! Very family oriented. You walk in and you can instantly feel a warm feeling, that this is a great place to eat. The porterhouse steaks were outstanding! Comes exactly the way you want it! Steamed veggies on point! The waitresses are impeccable, very courteous and very nice! You have a birthday they bring out a stool with a saddle, you set on it they get the entire restaurant sing Happy birthday to you. They bring you some ice cream and warm brownie with chocolate syrup. Definitely will be back!!
The food was delicious and the service excellent. We didn't have to wait and was seated immediately. I loved how you could pick your own steak. The decor was rustic. I would just visit for the rolls and butter. I took some rolls home and had them for breakfast the next morning. Yummy Kid-friendliness: The staff was very accommodating for my wild child and didn't mind to interact with him and keep him entertained.
Steaks were pretty good, their sides needs work alot of work. The Mac & cheese was the worst. I know its not a main dish but my dog wouldn't even eat it. My family had to sit at 2 different tables. The first time I ate at this place it was so perfect. Not so much today. The ribs I ate were cooked to perfection, but they were from cool to room temperature at best. The steak fries were not much better temperature-wise. The best part of the whole experience was the coffee and the waitress. Her name was Raven. I was disappointed.
Steakes were cooked correctly . Julia was a great server. Very attentive. Sides were great as well as appetizers. Only complaint. Just stop serving green beans. Heated up canned beans distracts from an other wise perfect meal.
We were there right after opening with no wait. Our waitress was very nice and took our drink orders and appetizer order quickly. We had our drinks and hot rolls in less than 5 minutes after sitting down, our appetizer in less than 10 minutes and our food within 30 minutes. Their chicken critter salad was absolutely huge and delicious, as well as everything else we got. Our waitress came back around at least 3 different times to make sure we were good to go and then a manager came to our table as well to make sure we were pleased with everything. We we very happy and very full customers, and will be coming back!
Placed a to-go order here and it looked like a pair of toddlers prepared my mashed potatoes. Cups were way over filled with gravy everywhere. When I showed it to the togo server, her reply was "....well, I didn't pack your order", and she walked off into the sunset.
Their steaks and my grilled chicken were all cooked to perfection. My salad came just as I requested. Our waitress checked on us and kept our drinks filled. There was a bit of a wait for our meals, but it was a Friday night. Everything was delicious. Place was clean and staff very friendly. Win-win! Parking: Plenty Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Dietary restrictions: They accommodate.
The food was delicious although we had a lengthy wait for a table and food both. The staff was very entertaining and upbeat!
Night before THX, nearing closing - wanted to fill the belly and get some sleep - it worked. Nothing out of the norm, and no real complaints - TXRDHS is the new outback for reliability.
