In town visiting parents. Wheelchair tire tube went flat. Star Bike Shop carried the appropriate size tube, invited me to come to the store for a quick repair. Really good people there and the friendliest and most beautiful German Shepard you will fall in love with. Thanks Star Bike Shop!!

I cannot say enough good about this place!  I would travel maaany many miles to come here for bikes, accessories, and repairs.  I love the selection that they have - and that it includes refurbished used bikes too!  They do really well by their customers too - offering heavy discounts or free repairs for bikes bought there.  To share a specific example of how wonderful they are and how impressed I am - our little family splurged and bought two adult bikes and a bike trailer for our little ones for Christmas.  They had a nice trailer available for sale that was used and we snatched it up.  When we assembled everything on Christmas Eve, we discovered too late that the trailer was missing the bike attachment bolt!  (Oh no!  But we had gotten such a nice deal on the used trailer and figured that perhaps the folks that had sold it to Star Bikes had forgotten to bring that part.  We were sad but rolled with it and ordered a bolt from Amazon the next day - using the trailer over Christmas as a double stroller.)   After a stroller run with it, we got a flat tire (Oh no again!) and when I brought the tire into Star Bikes, they repaired the flat for free (so nice!) and gave me 10% off of the tire protection strips and repair kit I bought (so nice again!).  AND, as we were getting ready to leave, I mentioned that it was totally okay and not to feel bad, but that the trailer was missing its hitch bolt - just to keep in mind for future trailer trade-ins.  And the owner was genuinely horrified and gave us a free one right on the spot saying, "Hey, right is right."

Wow.

Thank you Star Bikes!  We're your customers forever!

Knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service. They have a nice selection.  They must have set up and adjusted 9 or 10 bikes for me to try so I could find the right one. Very happy with our purchase experience here.

Great locally owned family business. This store has been in the same location since the early 70's. Very personable service. They take the time to make sure you get the right fit and accessories. 

You will not find better people or quality in Savannah!
