Went for lunch. Several options available. Enjoyed the Pizzeria Salad, Salt an Vinegar Fried Potatoes very good for a different approach to fried potatoes. The chicken sandwich good. Did not try pizza but will next visit. Neighboring table had the house meatballs and pizza. Looked tasty. Definitely a new place to try.

We went to Oven & Tap because they are dog friendly.  I'm unfortunately that meant we sat outside in the blinding sun.  That was really their only negative.  The food and service were very good.  Next time, we'll sit inside.  (We were very appreciative to find someplace to eat with the dog so she wasn't sitting in the car.)

Food was good. Service was poor. Brenna was rude to us when we were trying to sit down. Then she ended up being our server. She had a lackadaisical attitude and seemed disinterested in our party. It my be because we had our 9 year old grandchild with us. They are going green and no longer have straws. We asked for a box server said she could box the pizza for us. She tossed it in the togo box all the sauce and toppings ran off the slices. We had to ask for the check after waiting completely finished for a while. When server brought check after running the card I reached out to get it from her and she dropped it on the table instead. She did not seem aware of what was going on just going through the motions. There are lots of places to eat pizza at so we will be going to them from now on.

Writing this 50 minutes into the wait for my pizza. It's obnoxiously loud in here, because as the crowd gets louder, they turn up the music, and the crowd gets even louder to compensate.  No way I'd ever come back. If you come here,   make sure you have nothing else to get to, because you'll be late.

Edit : the manager profusely apologized for our wait and ended up taking care of us to more than our satisfaction. When a place owns up to its mistakes, it goes a long way. Revised to add two more stars.

Edit 2:  Obviously we hit Oven & Tap on a bad night, and I must say I really appreciate the owner's genuine response (below) to our problems. I get the feeling that they really do care, so one more star.

Give these guys a try!  They're obviously doing their best to make things right.

Fun local farm to table with amazing drinks and apps. The wood fired fib eye was one of the best steaks I have had. This visit, the table was full of apps: cauliflower, mozzarella, pimento cheese. Too good.
