I am very certain the owner of CSP is not sorry and sending an email to the suggested address will not help my child or improve anything at CSH because I surmise the owner merely cares about a profit margin. & not my child. Owner, here is what's going on at your hospital and I will state for everyone who cares to read my post. AVOID DR GROSSMAN & HIS STAFF AT CSH! Dr Grossman would not admit that my son has Tourette's Syndrome even though my son Julian displayed symptoms of eye blinking, throat clearing, hooting, facial grimacing etc. THATS RIGHT, DR GROSSMAN FAILED TO IDENTIFY & CLASSIFY my son with Tourette's Syndrome. He stupidly diagnosed my son with a 'tic disorder' even though my son experienced/is still experiencing physical/phonetic/vocal simple & complex tics for well over one year. Physical/phonetic./vocal simple & complex tics continuously for well over one year without abatement =Tourette's Syndrome. Shame on/to you Dr Grossman, your staff of Dr Berkowitz, Cheryl and Janet who cater to your incorrect diagnosis. My son does have a mild form of Tourette's Syndrome and Dr Gross man & Dr Berkoshitz was/are too stubborn to admit that I am correct. Is that not correct Drs? Oh & Dr Grossmans son has full blown Tourette's Syndrome and I suppose since my son does not have full blown TS like his son, then a diagnosis of TS is not warranted even though it is true. Dr Grossman is a waste of time and space so save your time, money and especially the health of your child and please take your precious bundle of DNA to a neurologist other than than Dr Grossman. In addition, Dr Berkowitz, claimed she would ask Dr Grossman to amend his report. Sure..she did. She was absolutely useless and pathetically trying to be overly useful to me when she suggested my son see another neurologist who specializes in nuerology at St Peters Hospital in New Brunswick NJ because it would be a conflict of interest to see another neurologist at CSH. Honestly though who would want to disagree with the great Dr Grossman!? I obviously sure as heck will. Thank you very little to the owner & Drs of CSH..... the harm you are doing to my son will come back to each of you threefold. Sincerely, Julian's mother. P.S. FYI, moreover, parents, take heed....my son 9 year old son who adores most everyone, could not stand Dr Grossman! Children do have good insight and as such, in Julian's quiet (when he is not hooting, blinking, sniffing, clearing his throat and rolling his eyes) yet straightforward manner, let me know that Dr Grossman is not fit to be a pediatric neurologist. Oh and to you THE OWNER of CSH....if you look up my son Julian O'Neills' info, actually speak with some of your staff and afterward contact me with a correct diagnosis, then I'll know you are truly sorry. Until then, the words you type ring loudly with false emotion. I must now go take care of my son as he is in dire need of care which your hospital failed to give him. Finally, save your rebuttle, 'owner' as it will not help you, your hospital, me and MOST IMPORTANTLY A CHILD.

Place is wonderful all from the top of pediatric neurologist down to the kitchen. Mary VanHorn from day one has fought to get my son the services he needed when the school denied him services. Also to his ped. Adam Aronsky who when my son was admitted into Hackensack and told he had a staph or Mrsa and was forced to take clyndomycin by mouth which being that he has issues with taking any kind of medicine he told us to come in and he will evaluate him and see if he needed the medication we could talk about other administration of how the medicine is given. Also emailed back and forth which I’m sorry but that someone who really cares about there job and the welfare of their children they take care of everyday. I just love the in-depth care my son receives, the respect and love how I feel while walking through those doors. It’s a 4 and half hour trip total to get there and it’s worth the struggle and time. Therapy is excellent Larissa always helped us find ways and strategies to get jordanni to be able to sit and do his school work. And made it less of a headache and a chore. We were able to evaluate My sons strengths and make decisions based on what he can do and help him along the way giving him the confidence to exceed his potential.Also when I happened to be short and left my money at home and my son was crying for food the cafeteria gave him a tray of food. They told me to give whatever change I had and that would be all. This place is amaZing and for those that wrote a bad review I’m sorry you feel that way about this place. But if it wasn’t for children’s my son would probably still be that boy lost in his own universe unable to communicate or express his needs. Thank you. I’m forever greatful.

The facility and staff are great. Anytime I have incurred a problem regarding my child the staff has been more than helpful and very professional. I am very impressed on how prompt I have received a response from staff weather it is via email or phone call. The autism team is the best.

We saw several (4) practitioners in the mental health department. None of them were willing to give us any meaningful help with regards to extra help we needed with our school district. One physician flat-out refused to write a letter in support of my son (their patient) because "they just don't write letters", one physician wrote a letter that was all of four sentences long (which said NOTHING of use). The third physician showed absolutely no interest when my son needed emergency care. I was beyond disappointed. Maybe their care of physical issues with children is great (I can't speak to that), but their mental health department is just a massive disappointment. I strongly advise you seek mental and/or behavioral help elsewhere.

I loved the staff and the children! Such a wonderful experience working in dietary with Jackie Jones. I moved out of state and miss everyone dearly! Children's Specialized Hospital, keep up the great work!
