so  disappointed in the way the young lady handled our conversation on the phone. I wanted to place a order for delivery since i was out of town . She was extremely rude and told me that the hotel did not exist. She was so quick to get angry with me i told her i would try someplace else. With a sassy attitude she said that would be a good idea and hung up. I understand that being a couple days since Valentines day she might be over worked but I would think she would have wanted to still be polite. I did get another florist in town to help and they did confirm the hotel and was very happy to have my order. #getsomerest

Beautiful flower arrangements and the cheapest I've seen. Fresh hand cut flowers for less than you'll pay at the discount grocery store.

Placed my order on line with Owens and received a confirmation that the order was received.  Order was for delivery next day. Next day I receive an email that the order was canceled. I called and was told that the TeleFlora web had been down for a couple of day's. The lady acted like it was no big deal. I asked her why was my order accepted yesterday? She hung up on me. I called back and asked for her name and she hung up on me again. Bottom line, Owens doesn't care about their customers.  Beware..

Thank you for the beautiful boutonniere and corsage for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary out of the gardenia plant I brought in! Appreciate your willingness to work with our plant and give us a great price!
