Stayed in one of the top floor Presidential suites with some friends and was pleasantly surprised with the view of the Yakima River, the jacuzzi, and the space in the room. The kitchenette and the table were very handy. Ended up being the perfect weekend getaway for what we were looking for. The value of the room was very affordable given the amenities and food/drink tickets provided. The food in the restaurant was actually really good for dinner and breakfast buffet as well. I plan to stay here again when visiting Yakima for sure!

Would give them zero stars if possible. I was there for work and tried to stay away from my room as much as I could. I got out as quickly as possible. There was a half used bar of soap stuck to the side of the bathtub together with long strands of hair both in the bathroom and around the room which I hope were the "cleaning" staff's. They offer meals with your stay but I couldn't stomach eating there after looking at my room. Yuck.

The hotel has a nice appearance, the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was nice and very clean - especially impressed with cleanliness of the bathroom right down to the grout in the floor, and bed was comfortable.  Hot breakfast was good, not great, portions kind of small though you could go back for more (it was not self-serve for the hot food).  Was a little surprised there was no waffle maker.  So the reason for only 3 stars is that we chose this hotel, and paid more than would have at other places, because it has a hot tub - got back from dinner and went down there, and it was not hot.  It was not even warm.  Was told the pilot light went out and it needed time to re-heat.  But we tried again this morning after breakfast and it was only warm after 11 hours.  Very disappointing.

First off the dinner for free and drink vouchers were great. Staff was wonderful everywhere. Got a glass of wine and strawberry lemonade. The salad bar was nice and green and the soup tasted pretty good as well. Our suite was comfortable and the bed was also. Had to switch rooms because of another guest smoking marijuana and the staff accommodations for the move was very courteous and helpful. Everything was clean. The breakfast was like most so can't complain. The only improvements I would like are the bathrooms. The shampoo and conditioner smell OK but made my hair feel crunchy. The tub wasn't very comfy and the shampoo is fastened up high so if taking a bath you have to stand up to get the different soaps. Each time. The other nice thing would be to provide toothbrushes and paste and things for if you forget them. Other hotels have and this one had them for sale. All in all a nice experience. Would definitely stay again.

Walking into this great treasure of Yakima, you assume it's going to be a decent hotel and it sure is. The night time soup, salad, and drinks provided by the hotel were amazing. Spacious room with perfect beds and balcony. The morning breakfast buffet was definitely one of the best I have had. The workout area is the BEST in the area for an overnight stay and I am definitely looking forward to my next visit here.
