I called on Friday my carpets were cleaned on monday. The best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. I have my carpets cleaned often because I have two dogs and they bring in dirt and she'd really bad. Oxi Fresh carpet cleaning made my carpet look new again. I will never use anyone else now. The price was right, they are very affordable. So happy to have used them. Ali was such a nice man and explained things and worked hard.

Would highly recommend these guys to everyone, called them in morning and was here the very same day. Removed cherry black candle wax from my beige carpet. I wanted a small part of my carpet cleaned. Only got 20$ off my bill. I paid for deodorizer, didn’t get it put on my carpet. I’d been calling for weeks for someone to redo my carpet, one guy was scheduled and was late so couldn’t do it, couldn’t get a refund and now I’m out $70 for the worst carpet cleaning service I’ve ever had. The owner has been impossible to get ahold of, every time I call the receptionist apologizes on behalf of them because they can see how long I’ve been dealing with this through call logs and notes put in my customer file. Worst service I’ve ever had, will never use again.
