EXCEPTIONAL service! My husband and I brought clothes, blankets, pillows, etc. in to wash and dry clean because mice got in our storage unit and covered everything in well, you know...All staff was very nice and willing to help us. They worked with us on getting a receipt to send to insurance and the the machines and dryers worked well on all our stuff, nothing was ruined like some other people claim in other reviews. My husband and I will always come here for our laundry and dry cleaning needs!

1st of all, no you do not have the lowest cost dryers in town. 40 cents for 5 mins is a rip off. 2nd, your staff is rude to those who aren't your every week clients. 3rd, the card system sucks. 4th, compared to other laundromat facilities in  Kalamazoo county yours is by far the most expensive. And your washers are dirty and smell like mold.

Washers work GREAT but the dryers take forever and seem like the greatest expense.  Thus we often only use the wash and hang dry the rest when we can

Good place to do laundry but it gets worm inside because of the dryers, I wish the a/c was colder. Also, the prices are higher compared to other places.

Very upset with my experience here. I brought in a dress I had worn for a wedding to be dry cleaned. I had worn the dress one time and it was absolutely undamaged when I had dropped it off. When I picked up the dress I had noticed one side of the dress was drooping. After looking over the dress before leaving, I had noticed that the boning of the dress on one side had been removed and had been sewn back up with a different color thread. I was told the dress would be fixed and/or replaced due to the damage and Steve would be in contact with me. I have called twice a week for three weeks requesting "Steve" to return my phone call requests. I have yet to receive a phone call to follow-up and I am deeply concerned with the quality and customer service.
