This chain lost 3 of my girlfriend's dresses and most recently they damaged the pants of my suit. I contacted them and was told that i needed to drop it off at the location where it was "cleaned", 1 month later they had not contacted me so i stopped back by and was told they would not be making this issue right. I will never be returning to this chain as they do not care to address when they completely damage the products they are supposed to be cleaning.

Paris Cleaners is awesome! My fiance and I were in dire need of getting our linens pressed for our wedding and Paris Cleaners was able to accommodate us and turn around 20 tablecloths in 12 hours! I would recommend Paris to anyone. Thanks!

If they ruin your designer cloths its not their fault "BEWARE" I brought a $300 new outfit to be cared for professionally by Paris cleaners only to have bleach spilled on the pants and the shirt completly destroyed. I did recieve an apoligy and an offering of $25 toward the purchase of a new outfit and a refund for the care of the item, unfortuantly it was a one of a kind Coogi. I really had hoped to resolve this issue but it was ignored and not addressed professionally. To better describe the story the labels read machine wash sepratley cold and delicate ( I have the ability to care for the item that way from home but brought it to the cleaners so that it could be washed by hand and air dryed) however they did not follow my request and claim they did what the label read and not what I the customer had requested.
