There's a reason why this place has been around for over 100 years.  PC Richards can handle dealing with the manufacturer way better than anyone would be able to at the consumer level, and as long you have the store's warranty you are in good hands.  Also, I never feel followed or pushed for a sale at this store, always given space and time and when I have a question they are more than attentive and knowledgeable and PATIENT.  John especially is super attentive, answers all my questions and gives great advice.  Great team of people, highly recommend this location, worth the trip each time.

Just came to store to purchase a new washer machine.  Lloyd was a great salesman!   He was very knowledgeable and helpful .    He had a lot of patience and helped me make my decision.  Would  definitely recommend shopping here!!

I had a remote starter installed by Felix at the Elmont location on 3/16/18 .  I called the store when I got my new car to schedule the install and, because my car was such a new model, it was unclear whether there was a system compatible.  Even Viper wasn’t positive but we agreed to try one.  He listened to me and made sure I had all of the features that I wanted.  He installed it exactly when he said he would and got it done in 2 hours.  Works perfectly.  Felix is professional and is also friendly and knowledgeable.  This is the first time having one installed there.  All previous ones had issues and took all day, too.  P.C. Richards...I hope you’re listening. He’s a keeper.

I had a fantastic shopping experience!! A gentleman named Craig helped me through my process of buying a tv. He was extremly knowledgeable and had no problem spending as much time as i needed on any product. And gave me a price that my wife and i were comfortable with. Thank you and I will absolutely be back!!

We have been a customer at PC Richards for years and we only go see John Mancuso. He’s professionalism and customer service goes beyond the scope of his job. We have bought 6 65 inch TVs in the last 4 years , and he always takes good care of us. We’ve even contacted him long after we leave the store, he’s always willing to help out. He even offered to come in on his day off to help us out, I’m not sure you can get that kind of caring customer service anywhere else.
