Good selection of 4k hdtv I was looking for. The sales person knew his stuff. They have all the brand's you need. Prices were good. The only thing to be aware is the return policy. Unlike most of the big box retailers, you buy it you own it. So do your homework.

Kyle (the store manager) and Alphonse Nazario (salesman) were extremely helpful with the purchase of my new Sony 65 inch and Bose 300 sound bar.  They were both knowledgeable and gave me the best price to match local competitors.  The store was very organized and you can view everything clearly by just walking in the front door.  Excellent shopping experience... 5 stars.. I will do more of my shopping in this location... and I will recommend this store to my friends and relatives.

I work for a property management company.  I use PC Richards all of the time.  Frank Murphy is the best.  He is very knowledgable and always delivers when he says and he gives me very good prices!  I recommend if you are in the need of appliances to go down and talk to Frank.

Experience here was great. Didn’t feel overly pushed or even shunned away. Jon approached early enough to where I wasn’t just wondering and walked me through everything. Very pleasing experience. Would definitely recommend Jon to anyone shopping here.
