I've been going to this store for years.  I purchase the majority of my tech here.  The customer service is great.  The associates are awesome and knowledgeable.  Prices are good and protection plans are reasonable.  For these reasons I highly recommend the store.

I've bought DVDs here before and some video games. I had to go there yesterday for a new charging cord and the man who helped me was very nice and actually told me about a braided cord which they do not sell and showed me where to get it online. Even though he didn't sell a Best Buy product, I'd be more inclined to come back because the people seem knowledgeable and very kind.

It's your typical "Best Buy" with corporate marked-up products that you can find cheaper on Amazon. I was in a rush and needed an adapter for a wireless bluetooth speaker, so I went to Best Buy because it was really my only option in the area. The adapter was not only marked up, but I couldn't even find it in the store and I didn't know which one to get. I tried asking for help and I was blown off by several staff members - "We're the sales department." Wouldn't you think that Sales would help "sell" products in the store? They directed me to Electronics and there was no one there. I found someone who apparently was a floater and she also blew me off and told me to go somewhere else. I was so furious, I demanded to speak to a manager. The customer service at this location is _deplorable_! I give it 2 stars only because if you're in a hurry you can find 'some' electronic equipment if needed, but don't expect help from staff here.

I placed three order at the Best Buy Orange, CT location for household appliances. I scheduled a delivery date for all of the appliances and also paid for a stove installation. On the day of the delivery only two of my orders arrived. I received no notification that one of my orders was not going to be delivered. When I complained about the delivery issue, no one could inform me of the reason why my appliances were not delivered. I asked for a next day delivery and I was told that the next possible delivery appointment was not for another six days. They made no effort to accommodate my needs or fix the mistakes. I was told that a manager would give me a call within a hour. It has been 48 hours, I received no phone call and no one has made any effort to fix the problem.  At the time of purchase I indicated that I was choosing the selected appliances because I needed the appliances to be delivered by a certain date.

I’ve been to this store a few times, usually at night when it’s not that busy. I bought he wrong speakers and exchanged them for the right ones but had to order it. Turns out the order wasn’t processed right. The manager Jackie got involved and explained the situation. She reordered the right set of speakers but they couldn’t be shipped on time for Christmas. She ended up making it happen. Thanks Jackie you rock!
