Jeannine, the Print & Marketing Supervisor made my day today! I ordered custom marketing materials for an upcoming sales event and she took the time to look over my order to make sure that I was happy. In addition, she provided her card to ensure I could reach her if I noticed anything back at my office. I highly recommending ordering online and picking up in store. I don't remember leaving a 1 star review, so this may be my first and it was earned.

I dropped off my laptop to the tech department. They called me back the day I dropped it off and told me it should be ready soon and would call me the next day with an update... fast forward to 2 weeks later, they didn't call me back once. I even stopped in there because nobody picked up the phone. When I did get through, one of the kids told me "uhh there's a problem with your laptop" and snickered- I'm not kidding. I got through once more and talked to the head of the tech dept. He promised me I'd get a call later that day. Nothing. I picked it up and dropped it off at another place, they fixed it in 2 days. It was just the adapter. Pathetic customer service. 

The copy dept people are nice and do their job.

My experience  at Staples is always fantastic.  They are very helpful.  The store is stocked and organized.

I rarely givebad reviews and I have no complaint about how the staff does their job the people that work there are professional and polite. That said whoever manages the place needs to step their game up. I go to Staples all over the Northeast and this one always has one of their 3 copiers out of service. The place always looks cluttered and needs to be vacuumed. They are always out of 1 of the three things I need to pick up. The place is chronically understaffed and there is never anyone working the floor to help customers. I am a field supervisor and work out of my home. I go to Staples probably at least three times every week. This one is five mins from my house and will go to one 30 mins away in Hamden because they always have what I am looking for as opposed to this one. I definitely get the impression at this place that management is asleep at the wheel.

I went to Staples and talked with Eddie and he was wonderful. He has a ton of patience and is very helpful and solved the problem with my computer.
