I was in the Milford store yesterday with a long time customer who has always worked with Gabby so we requested her assistance. I couldn't be more pleased. Gabby provided the BEST customer service and ease of all transactions and information needed. I would highly recommend Gabby to anyone.

I have been searching for a good deal for a larger tv. PC Richard was the third place I had been to on my quest. But the service I received from Aaron Jackson is what closed the deal. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I felt like he was genuinely trying to help me with what I was looking for versus just trying to close a sale. I will definitely refer him to people for their electronic needs! And I will no longer look elsewhere. Best service ever!

Just wanted to let management know the extra mile that your sales associate Jeremy went to satisfy my wife and I. We were in the store this past Saturday and we mentioned to him issues we were having with the big screen TV and sound bar that he sold us last year. To our surprise, Jeremy offered to come to our house after work to see what the issues were. He came as promised and fixed the issues, and provided a tutorial again (as he did when we originally purchased). We are extremely happy now and we have a great system. Thank you Jeremy, we appreciate what you did!

I have done business with Randy for 12 Plus years. He always welcomes you with a smile. Being in sales myself I know a meet and greet is very important. He also knows the product like the back of his hand. I’m sure all the sales consultants are great. Randy is a Sales Professional. Thank you again!
