The atmosphere was great but food was so-so.  5 stars for atmosphere and service but only 3 stars for the food. 

I had the Long Life Noodles.   Garlicky noodles with crispy fried shrimp, black beans, and hot peppers.   Dish was just okay.   Some of the peppers were very hot,  and I like spicy food.  Also shared spring rolls and egg rolls which were okay but nothing special.

Go for their happy hour: a few discounted appetizers make for a great meal, and the drinks are pretty good too! Of course their lettuce wraps are amazing. I also like their spring rolls.
