Horrible service!  Can hear team in repair bays talking, foul language.  2mo. Old tire blew off the rim.  Don said he would send back to mfg to see about refund.  Told to call back at a certain  date.  He had just sent tire.  Not 1 follow up call. Our final stop, Don said we are getting 50 percent refund.  Had we sent tire ourselves, would have had 100 percent rebate.  We should have been told this up front! Do not go here!   You wait, expensive, and does not listen or care about your needs for tires and repairs.

Horrible. I called ahead fully aware that it was late in the day to see if this place could patch a tire for me. Was told to get there asap, they were closing in 40 minutes. Inquired if there hours were until 5? "Nope closing early today." I got off the phone and told my brother, sounded like I was talking to the guy in the movie with the shop 500 miles away from anything who's going to bilk me because he can.  We laughed. I left and got there in 12 minutes.  I shit you not: I walked in to hear this guy telling the guy in front of me he has to put a $10,000 hold on his credit card... no idea what for. The customer seemed confused by what was going on--the Goodyear Scam guy says, "people don't get, I deserve to get to my tournament." Turns his attention to me and says "I hope you're picking up"--I said I JUST called you and you said to come down.  He says "you didn't call, no one's called for 20 minutes." Pulled up my call log.  All he says is "nope" and turns his attention back to the $10,000 credit card. 
Went to the Goodyear in Seaside--they were amazing. I told her that guy at Pacific Grove Goodyear was a shitty piece of shit. We had a good laugh.

Excellent service! Wonderful employees. They got our new tires on and stopped us as we were leaving to tell us our brake light was out. Replaced it for free :) I would definitely go back again.
