Went to Pacific Grove with my son for a little 2 day vacation. My van started having mechanical problems and I wouldn't be able to drive it home. I called Pacific Motors and explained I needed to get this problem fixed in a hurry because my son had to be back at work. Kevin told me they would do there best. By the next morning they had replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter and relay. I'm very happy I found this place. If I didn't live 3 hrs away I would use them for all my maintenance needs.

What seemed an expensive job for what was performed, it was stated before beginning the work and everything was fixed as stated. Fair; important these days in the auto mechanic industry.

They do a great job explaining any issues and how best to solve it. Helped us many times with our cars and never had any issues.

From the first phone call with Kevin, to dropping of my 2006 Audi A3 and personally speaking with Myles, the mechanic who was going to do the work on my car, to the amazing communication with Stephany in the office who always promptly sent me all the information I needed, I have to say that my experience with Pacific Motor Service was great! Friendly, informative and thorough, the whole staff was there to answer any questions and confirm anything I may have had an issue with. My repair was a simple one, as my car was diagnosed to have a faulty PRV ( Pressure Reducing Valve ) it was returned to me the next day. Every detailed double checked so I was all set to go the moment I walked in and was handed the keys. If I ever have another issue I need assistance with, I'll gladly give Kevin and the team a call! Thank you all again!
