Extremely friendly service and the line moved very quickly, especially for a  day in December. I went in for notary, fax and UPS services so I can't speak to the licensing wait time. I waited less than five minutes and they offered a chocolate and a cup of hot apple cider (which was really good!) while I waited. I will be coming back.
