I went in to pick up a package at General Delivery, which is a common occurrence for me since I live on the road. The guy at the counter was pleasant, and he went back to look. But after a minute or so he returned saying, "Nope, nothing there." I gave him the tracking number and showed the email on my phone that said "Out for delivery", so he went back to study it some more. Second time he comes back, he says I need to scoot over to the side because the supervisor will be out in just a second to take care of it. I scoot, and presently here comes a pissed-off looking gal pulling a cart loaded with boxes. "No, no, not mine," I said, "just one box for me." Somehow my name and the tracking number got lost in the unfolding drama. She doesn't even look at the addressees' names on the boxes, she just starts venting about how they're getting more mail via General Delivery than through the PO boxes, and they're putting a stop to it right now. "No more General Delivery!" she says at first. "Gee, so I can't pick up my box?" She huffs away with the cart, and another gal shows up with my box. "One delivery!" she says, "That's all you get!" Her eyes are squinted, and her mouth is in a sneer. The rage is palpable. The air is crackling with hostility. Other customers are staring in shocked disbelief. The words "go postal" came to mind, but no gun was produced so I didn't hit the floor. She handed me a box with the Amazon Prime tape on it, and I ran like hell.

Mailing out an artbook with the material close to a magazine. Light and bendable. I put a no bending thing on it and everything and when the employee asked what i was mailing out she started smashing it and bending it with her hands to feel what was inside. No amount of care was there. I couldn't believe it. They're slow and they like to talk-- haulting everything. Normally wouldn't be too big of a deal but when the line is so long it goes out the doors you want to pick up the pace a bit but the two employees were taking their time and stopping to have a conversation with someone else while the person in front of them stands there waiting for them to be done talking. I've been here dozens of time and its the SAME thing each time.

No problems here, friendly staff every time I went. I got my passport here - directions were very thorough on how to do so. Office often seems busy, I think its obvious they cater to a much larger population than Blaine itself. I got to give these guys credit for how they handle people showing up with a crate of packages a minute after closing, shouting and yelling at them for being closed...

Worst service I have ever experienced. I came in to complain that the delivery driver continuously delivers other people's mail to our house and loses our mail. This has been an issue for the entire 3 years we have lived at our residence. We have filed several complaints but nothing has been done to fix the issue.
