We went here Christmas Eve before going to see a movie. We were seated and then waited 15-20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us...our reservation was at 3:45 and it was not busy at all(their was one large party and another group of 3 in the whole big section we were in). We were a party of 4 and had looked ahead of time at the menu online but when the waitress finally came over she said that they only had available a holiday menu so nothing we looked at online was available. The food took a while to get. They tried to make it up to us by insisting we take a dessert to go but we were going to see a movie and when we looked at the dessert, it looked like a smashed messy tiramisu so we didn’t keep or try anyway. The food seemed decent but was overpriced on their holiday menu considering we had meals we planned on getting from online that would have been cheaper. I would try this place for happy hour maybe but not again for a special occasion with the family.

I went here on a date for happy hour. It is a bit pricey, but the food and service is good and the staff was friendly. Plus we got a good spot by the window for some people watching. Update: I went back here with a friend for dinner and, while it is definitely still pricey it is so worth it. The food was delicious.

We went here the other night because we had some relatives in from out of town. Normally, the service and food is excellent but this time we were very disappointed. I don't know if they have new management, or if it was just an off night. Our food was not seasoned and tasted bland and we had to ask multiple times for our drinks. I hope that they get it together as we usually enjoy Palomino's but we will not be returning!

The worst! Went in for lunch and there was no hostess on duty.. or was nowhere to be found. After a line with 10 people formed and 10 minutes went by the bartender came and started seating people. Another 15 minutes goes by once we were seated and no server to take our order or even bring water, so we just got up and left. I will never go into this place again!

Horrible service! Sat down and thought there was salt on the table and wiped it off and no it was glass shards, and 2 pieces of glass got stuck in my finger. And Holliday menu was absolutely horrible as well, a total of about 5-6 entrees to choose from. DO NOT RECOMMEND
