It’s a big outlet with an amazing staff. The selections are not top notch like other Pandora outlet stores but I found a couple stuff I was looking for. It was great going in and seeing several promotion items for well below other Pandora store prices. The discontinued ones are the only ones discounted mostly. It was a good decision to visit and worth the trip.

If you value your sanity do not come here. From attitudes from sales associates to long waiting periods, there's no accommodating system to make sure all customers are serviced fairly. If you see something online and know what exactly you want, don't expect to come in and just buy it. You're better off ordering online. We waited an hour for a sales associate to assist us. I heard an associate talking trash about a customer that waited longer than me because she voiced her frustration  about the associates to the "manager". The "manager" I quote because she seemed equally annoyed and did not provide any real substance to leading a team. She did not want to engage the customers concerns or provide any solution. Also, I watched customer be assisted for HOURS and walk out the store without buying anything. I think that's poor management when you have customers waiting knowing what they want and could not purchase quickly. I been to this location once before and did not recognize anyone. The store waiting area had empty water bottles on the table but the "manager" did not bother cleaning off the table while she was so unbothered with customers. My advice: go to Pentagon City Pandora if you would like quality service and an exception environment.

If you know what you want or even have an idea I recommend just ordering online. The wait to meet with an employee is ridiculous! Employees seemed irritated for no reason and they are not very helpful at all. When I went in, I simply wanted to exchange something and I had to wait almost an entire hour to be helped for a total of less than 10 minutes. AND after returning home I went to see the bracelet she had exchanged for me, it was bent! I did not even have time to check in the store because she was in such a hurry to finish the sale. Now I have to go all the way back and probably wait another 1 just to meet with another terrible employee.

Make you waiting to long. .Bad service . The manager and staff . I don't spends any money at this allocation.  You can gett a better service at other locations..i don't understand why you need to wait to long for spend tou money.  Its no make sense..

Garbage, stood there for 2 hours and asked EVERY EMPLOYEE, just to measure a ring size (which is just handing me a scale) and no one did anything. Pretty much a garbage store with garbage employees.
