The people here are very unfriendly. No one greeted us as we walked in, and no one asked us did we need any help. The workers just stand or lean behind the counter and provide as little as customer service as possible. I have read other reviews similar to mine and the representative who offers to relay this feedback to the store manager seems to be a method that is not working. There's a Clark's next door and the young gentlemen stood outside and awaited and greeted potential customers...that's how you provide excellent customer service. Croc's, take notes; you're right next door to greatness.

Christina was great!! Not only did she assist me with my purchase.  I'll nstead of the one pair I came in to buy.  I purchased two pairs.

I don't know if they changed employees at this location from the bad reviews.  But Christina was very helpful with me buying two pairs instead of the one pair I came in for.

Im here at the Croc store at Tánger in Oxon Hill Md and I'm asking to get in to purchase shoes. The ladies inside are shaking their head that they are closed but it's only 845!!!!! They close at 9!!! How unprofessional!!!!!! They need to be fired because the customer spending money is more important than closing early!!!!!! I am beyond elated. Also, the date is 13 May so whom ever is closing needs to be fired!
