I went into this store and instantly felt unwelcomed. I walked around a few minutes with no greeting or anyone asking if I needed help. I was interested in purchasing a ring so I went up to a employee to ask about it. She along with another woman and man completely ignored me and continued their conversation. Eventually a woman from another section of the store noticed I was alone and helped me but she didn’t seem to care much either. I will no longer be making any purchases at this store.

Associates are extremely rude at this location many poor experiences they need to hire some better people monkeys would do a better job !

I was buying a few items for my staff, so I wanted to make sure each gift was unique. The sales associate was great with making suggestions. Thanks Pandora for all your help!

Terrible customer service.. Some ladies there are extremely rude and have bad attitudes. Never going to this one again

Waited for five minutes without a single associate saying hello, mind you there were FIVE people working. I understand it's a busy Sunday before Valentine's Day, but that's customer service 101 "thank you for waiting, someone will be with you soon." They also have a 30 day return AND exchange policy. So if I want to exchange a ring I got for Christmas, I should be forced to go to the mall before January 18th when it is STILL crazy with holiday shoppers? Yeah.... you see why I was waiting girl? What terrible business practice. 

The associate was rude and annoyed at the fact that I didn't know about the 30 days... because again, what company gives you 30 days?! Standard in most every other retail store is at least 90 days if not more.
